Greg Rorke, Chief Executive Officer, Navagate
Mr Rorke has been the CEO of Navagate since 2001. The company has developed an advance Sales Force Automation platform that is web based and particularly adept at plugging into back end corporate data sources. The company has built solutions for global sales leaders such as HSBC, New York Life, Mutual of Omaha, Mass Mutual and others.

For the past 25 years, Mr. Rorke has been a senior manager for a number of emerging growth companies, special situations, and turnarounds. Mr. Rorke spent four years as president of Danskin, increasing sales 65% and recording a dramatic bottom-line turnaround. As CEO of Kaplan Educational Centers, a subsidiary of The Washington Post, Mr. Rorke reversed declines in EBIT and revenue during a very successful two-year turnaround assignment. Prior to joining Navagate he led a one year rebuilding effort for an enterprise software company. At the end of the year, the company was sold at an attractive multiple to Cisco. Since 1997 Mr. Rorke has been on the faculty of Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jay Hammond, Director of Sales, Plexis Healthcare Systems
A Plexis business development leader specializing in benefit administration systems since 1996, Mr. Hammond’s extensive healthcare payer industry experience and sales leadership has continued to drive Plexis’ rapid expansion into major commercial and government healthcare markets nationally and overseas. He has experience specializing in the world of healthcare payer, insurance and benefit administration.

Jay has spent over 13 years selling payer-specific systems to commercial health plans, managed care organizations, self-funded entities, specialty networks and third party administrators as well as working with large systems integrators and prime contractors in winning State and Federal Bids. His experience is selling around the world, creating new accounts in the United States, many Caribbean nations, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and South America. He is also well-versed in working with C-Level executives in small and large commercial entities as well as government (county, state and federal) organizations to help create relationships and encourage growth. Jay holds a BS in Health Promotion and Fitness Management, a BA in Sales and Marketing and has a background in physical therapy. Jay has been with Plexis since 1998.

David Stratton, Executive Director, AllianceIPA.com
Multi-talented and broadly accomplished, Mr. David Stratton brings a market basket full of experience and knowledge to his role overseeing Alliance IPA – MLTC business opportunities & Care to Care’s operations and client accounts. As Executive Director & Vice President of Operations and Client Services, Mr. Stratton’s management strategy is creatively driven, technology-based and results-oriented.

Focusing on capturing opportunities to benefit clients, he designs and develops efficiencies, improves workflow and delivers on stated goals. With a Master in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Creighton University, Mr. Stratton offers a Renaissance approach to business management, marketing and client service. His past accomplishments include Director of Technology for CBA Pharma, Inc. and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Atlantis Health Plan.

Gary A. Pudles, President and CEO of AnswerNet, founded the company in 1998 with one contact center and grown the organization to more than 50 locations, making it the world’s largest telemessaging (telephone answering) firm and full-service provider of Inbound, Outbound and electronic/E-bound call center services. AnswerNet services 35,000 clients- including thousands of clients in the healthcare sector. Message delivery, online appointment scheduling and appointment reminder services are all completely customizable. The prescreening and prioritization system ensures priority-based call management.  AnswerNet’s on-call roster management system gives a busy practice access to a web-based, on-call schedule with real-time updating. Magazine’s “Inc. 500 List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies” and Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s “Top 50 Teleservices Firms” on multiple occasions. As a result, Pudles has won many awards, including the prestigious “Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award, the PricewaterhouseCoopers/NJ Biz “NJ’s Finest Award” (Top 25 privately held companies), and the American Teleservices Association’s “Spirit of Philanthropy Award.”

Aside from his work in the telecommunications industry, Pudles instructs students at the Wharton School of Business’ SBDC, and participates on the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Technology Advisory Board. He has a Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University.
